Jaipur Witnessing ‘Historic Development’, Says Minister Jogaram Patel; Targets Congress Over Vision…

Date:

Jaipur, Rajasthan, India

Rajasthan Minister Jogaram Patel highlighted the state government’s development initiatives in Jaipur, stating that significant progress has been made under the leadership of Bhajanlal Sharma, while also criticising the Congress for what he described as a lack of vision.

Speaking in Jaipur, Jogaram Patel said that in the last three budgets presented by the current government, several development oriented decisions have been taken for the city. He emphasized that Jaipur has received multiple projects and initiatives aimed at improving infrastructure and urban development.

He stated that the Chief Minister has brought “gifts” to Jaipur through successive budgets, highlighting efforts to transform the city.

Referring to infrastructure projects, Jogaram Patel mentioned that significant work has been done in areas such as metro development, describing it as a historic step for the city. He said that such projects are aimed at improving connectivity and enhancing the overall urban experience for residents.

The minister also said that the government is planning to hold meetings to further discuss how Jaipur can be developed into a more prominent and historically significant city. He indicated that long term planning and strategic decisions are being considered to enhance Jaipur’s status and infrastructure.

He said that discussions will be held to shape Jaipur into a “historic city,” focusing on development and future growth.

At the same time, Jogaram Patel launched a political attack on the Congress, alleging that the opposition party lacks both vision and concrete work. He claimed that Congress is more focused on staying in the headlines rather than contributing to development.

He stated that Congress has “no vision and no work” and accused it of engaging in politics for attention rather than development.

Defending the performance of the current government, he said that in its two year tenure, several historic works have been carried out within Jaipur. According to him, these achievements reflect the government’s commitment to development and public welfare.

He added that the government will respond to Congress not through words but through work and development on the ground.

The remarks come amid ongoing political exchanges between the ruling BJP and the opposition Congress in Rajasthan, with both sides presenting contrasting narratives on development and governance.

With infrastructure projects, urban planning, and political debates taking center stage, Jaipur continues to remain a key focus in Rajasthan’s development and political discourse.
